About Us

Malibu Pet Hotel is Staffed
7 Days a Week 365 Days a Year

We have live-in staff on our premises. Our business hours are 10am to 5pm Monday through Saturday and 10:30am to 5pm on Sunday. We are open for inspections from 1pm to 4pm 7 days a week (except holidays and holiday weekends). We are closed to the public on major holidays but still fully staffed to take care of your pet.

Malibu Needs Reservations for
All of its Services.

We also require your pet to be up to date on all of their shots... This includes Bordetella for dogs. We do not take pets that have been to the vet, dog park or groomer 14 days before they are scheduled to board. We do this to minimize the risks of your pet contracting any viruses. We require your permission to contact your veterinarian to verify that your pet is up to date on their inoculations. We want our guests' stay at Malibu to be a safe and healthy one. We will not be able to finalize your reservation without verifying your vet information.
