Malibu Pet Hotel is Staffed7 Days a Week 365 Days a Year
At Malibu, we have a getting to know you session with you and your pet. To make sure that we are the perfect fit for each other. This service is by advanced appointment only. All services are by reservations and appointments only.
We have live-in staff on our premises. Our business hours are 10am to 4:30pm Monday through Saturday and 10:30am to 4:30pm on Sunday. We are closed to the public on major holidays but still fully staffed to take care of your pet.
Reservations Required for All Services
We also require your pet to be up to date on all of their shots... This includes Bordetella for dogs. We do not take pets that have been to the vet, dog park or groomer 14 days before they are scheduled to board. We do this to minimize the risks of your pet contracting any viruses. We require your permission to contact your veterinarian to verify that your pet is up to date on their inoculations. We want our guests' stay at Malibu to be a safe and healthy one. We will not be able to finalize your reservation without verifying your vet information.
